The original 24 captured images were stitched together to form a single Pict image of 1,436 x 18,336 pixels in size (about 70 MB). The final virtual panorama was split into 96 tiles, which were highly compressed with Photo–JPEG. The narration was digitally recorded, sweetened, and embedded.
